She's extremely patient-friendly. She's very attentive & listens well, answers all my questions. I haven't had the best of experiences in the past with my previous gatro specialist (a non-NM fellow in another county) so had been very hesitant about going to another, & was way past overdue for my next colonoscopy. Dr. Lew, the gynecologist, recommended Dr. Kaiser as being great & she was right.
