Dr. Kenny explained that the problem was 'Trigger Finger' and showed me a model so I could understand it. I decided to try treatment with the cortisone shot. He explained the efficacy of the shot as well as possible side effects which seemed minimal. He gave me the shot and did a countdown of 5 seconds which made it go quickly without much anxiety.
