Dr. York was incredibly friendly, kind, and straight forward with my 10-year old. She felt comfortable enough to ask about her condition and how she will have to adjust her life to it. No recommendation that he gave overwhelmed her or made her feel as if it would be too difficult to implement. Additionally, the questions I had were given straight forward answers and explanations why or why not. After the Dr left the room, the athletic trainer stayed to walk me through my responsibility with her care. Overall, it was a very great experience for us.
