Dr I Patel listened, proposed and explained all steps needed to investigate and treat current issue and what appear to be longer term off shoots of the problem. She checked repeatedly to see if I had questions and if I was in agreement with suggested actions. Very pleasant demeanor and reassuring to know she communicates well with my PCP.
