She listens carefully, encourages me to take charge of my health with guidance, and explains things so I understand. She is very patient and knowledgeable and so is her nurse. I regret I don’t remember his name - only because I was so focused on hi knowledge, his kindness and gentle manner. You need to find more like him. He is a treasure.

Dr Wen is very tuned in to my concerns and does not dismiss issues. She suggests both simple and more involved ideas and by both of us talking it through we come to a course of action that suits us both.

Dr. Wen is simply wonderful. She worked me into a tight Friday schedule, spent a great deal of time treating me, asking questions and listening to my answers. She carefully explained everything she was doing and made sure I understood. I know she had other patients were waiting but she treated me like I was her only one.
