Treated courteously, friendly, felt like I was understood. I've had too many blood tests in my life, but this was done well and as painless a s possible. Dr. Eng is a thoughtful person as is Dr. Karst. The feel totally present as opposed to some who appear to wish to be elsewhere.

Dr Eng is AMAZING! Personable, caring, and empathetic. He is an amazing listener and a great diagnostician as well. I highly recommend Dr Eng. The only downfall is he is becoming so popular that he is hard to get in to see!
