Dr. Valessares was very flexible, communicative, patient, and kind. Dr. took her time to make sure everything was addressed during video visit. Dr. offered very detailed directions to office location. Dr. made sure my daughter and I were comfortable during office visit, and pointed out the restrooms and cafe for break. Dr. office was having IT issues, and it did not seem to affect her staying timely and professional.

Dr. Valessares is thoughtful, understanding and patient. She set expectations for testing and results and met those. She’s an excellent communicator and cares for her patients
