Her aid was very friendly and understanding seemed like she honestly cared about your reason for being there. Dr. Ignatius was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. She seemed to be in a bit of a rush don't know if it was because she didn't deem my reason for being there worth it or she had other appointments to get to? But very nice lady.

First visit-still getting to know her.Communication a little gruff at times and almost argumentative regarding a diagnosis made by another MD. In her defense, it’s not a diagnosis you see everyday and the the way it was documented in my chart was confusing and not totally accurate. Other than that, she was what I expected from a PCP-did a through health history, brief exam, discussed current health conditions and treatments, recommended additional covid vaccine appropriate to my health status.

She’s personable and caring, she doesn’t rush through the appointment. She offers suggestions for problems I report. I know she cares about me.

We chose Dr Ignatius 3 or 4 years. It was a very good decision based on our age. she is very thorough about our health We are so thankful for her being our internal medical Doctor.
