Susan Galanes contributed so little to our meeting that felt a phone call could have sufficed. She opened my carrying case, to see if I was using the same mask I had previously used. Confirmed. Asked me how I liked the new machine and I explained why I liked the last one better. I was told to call Apria to express my concerns. When I did complain that the CPAP’s pressure seemed too high she arranged to reset the machine lower. That was it. Felt like the visit was unnecessary, knowing that I’m scheduled to see the doctor in sixty days.
