Dr. Spontak was so so very kind and helpful. I’m so thankful he was able to find the problem causing my eye pain and he even went the extra mile to reach out to an ophthalmologist for a follow-up appointment. I’m so so appreciative of his help and I’m glad I went to this urgent care center over other facilities.

He took the time to explain the medication he was prescribing and also gave me some other options that would help relieve some of the pain I was in. It felt very conversational rather than a scary trip to the doctor.

Dr. Spontak listened well to my concerns and even made sure to double check a specific medicine for me. Great care and bedside manner. I'll definitely try to find a pcp under northwestern. He didn't rush me out the door like some other places that I've been to. I will be back here for sure. Thank you for the great care.
