I was very worried, but the doctor’s voice calmed me down. I did not feel the slightest discomfort during the operation. I realised that doctor Yoo is very professional and attentive doctor.

Today is my second time having MOS surgery. I feel confident and comfortable with the care they give. Amy was friendly and kind and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Yoo and his entourage of residents learning from him (“the Supremes”) are excellent. While he was working on me, Dr. Yoo asked about me as a person (not a patient) and he was funny (humor is important and helped calm and relax me). One of his entourage of student doctors finished doing the stitches for me surgery and he took great care in his work and talked to me through the process. Dr. Yoo and his team are the best.

I felt very secure and safe in the hands of Dr. Yoo. He was very good at what he does, and he took away my fears by his friendly manner. He is a very nice person.

Seems like a personable guy. Pleasant. My nose looks like I've been the loser in a fist fight, so I can't comment on what it will look like once it heals. Right now - pretty startling.

Although I didn’t see him for a lot I felt extremely confident that he was good doctor and a great teacher by listening to how he conversed with his entourage of student residents he brought brought in with him and his detailed diagnosis of my problem.
