Excellent Physician--procedure went well. He talked to me and answered my questions, while he was working. However, at the end, he turned around with his residents and just left--no closure, continuity that the nurse would take over or a good bye/it was nice to meet you/or thanks for using Northwestern/or I'll make sure your referring dermatologist gets a note. I turned to the nurse and asked "is that it?" She responded "yes" and then completed my visit with dressing application, discharge instructions and follow up recommendations. She did a great job.

same as above. i thought the surgery process should have been quicker instead of waiting a week to find out if I need another margin taken out before closing with a skin graft

Responsiveness and sense of urgency. I communicated with Dr. Yoo via MyChart and he opened a space to see me, the same day, given my condition as immunosuppressed.

Dr. Yoo is a personable guy and treats me with respect. I'm not super happy with the appearance of the scar from my previous Mohs surgery that he performed, but I don't know whether any other surgeon could have done better.

Dr. Yoo performed surgery on my face to remove Basil Cell cancer and you can't tell if I had any surgery. He's also performed surgery on my wife with the same results.
