I would give Dr. Kay a score of 100 if I could! He is the best doctor I ever met! He explained everything so clearly, in his office and before surgery, and went over things again today. He gave every opportunity to ask questions and gave such clear and complete answers. He is awesome!

Dr. Kay throughly explained my illness and treatment. He was friendly, not hurried and frequently offered opportunities for me to ask questions and have time to make informed decisions in regards to my medical care.

Dr. Kay is professional, kind and compassionate towards his patients. He is thorough when he talks to you about the medical condition you have. He encourages questions and answers them thoroughly. He takes time with his patients and you don’t feel rushed. He is an excellent surgeon. We spent time in pre-op with me to make sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. In the operating room prior to my anesthesia I noted he was next to me making sure I was comfortable and good to go. He sent pictures of updates to my husband while I was in surgery.

Dr. Kay was amazing. He addressed the concerns & tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He wanted me to get a hearing test done ASAP but no one was available as he would have liked. Once it was completed, he told me that things looked good on his end and suggested further testing. The entire staff was concerned as to my walking condition & made sure I got to every area safely.
