It has not been determined as to why my eyes are watery and red. I might be allergic to eyelash serum. He wants to see me in 4 weeks. As of right now I'm still experiencing watery eyes and redness. Was disappointed with no treatment.

When I answered your survey after my first cataract surgery, I only gave Dr. Jain a 9 rating because I had not completed my second surgery. Since the second one has been completed, Absolutely, a10 rating for Dr. Jain across the board.

If there was a numerical value higher than 10, Dr. Jain would qualify. He treats patients with respect, answers any and all questions, and I trust his skills. I have never felt like I was just patient “x”.

He is understanding and really exemplifies the nature of healing. I went in because of an eye-trauma caused by a dog. When he first entered the office, I expressed my appreciation for him seeing me. His response was to the effect: "If you can't see a doctor when you have a real problem, then what good is that doctor?" He reassured me that it was very important for me to see a doctor the same day of the injury due to a probability of a very nasty infection that could be caused by a dog. I just love him for who he is, and what he represents.
