I’m sure he is a good surgeon but I left my appointment disappointed and feeling like it was a waste of my time. I didn’t go there because I wanted to, I went because I had acute knee pain, saw another doctor, who was wonderful, had an MRI and was told I had a meniscus tear and needed to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon to discuss options. (Surgery vs PT…I prefer PT) He was focused on my weight, arthritis and that I would need knee replacement in the future. I wasn’t there to be disciplined about my weight. Honestly, I wouldn’t allow him to perform surgery on me even if it was recommended. I wasn’t comfortable in there at all. I will happily go to physical therapy for help with the knee pain that continues to keep me awake at night. I will not return to see him though. I will need a different doctor in the building.

a waist of time..he doesnt listen and does NOTHING to relieve pain...i can hardly walk and he gave me a shot and a dose pak with no after care instructions..no brace..no schedualed mri's... tells me i have tendon damage but only does xrays...wow....the man is a danger to peoples health.

I like Dr. Bodner. He is kind, keeps me talking so I don’t pay as much attention to what he is doing and he is easy for me to talk to.
