Dr. Eisner is very professional yet personable. He took the time to really read the notes on MyChart by my other doctors to get a clear understanding of my case. Dr. Eisner talked to 'me' not at me.

How many times do I need to tell you Dr. Eisner is thorough, capable, listens well, lays out possible treatment options? Do you think that has changed in the last month? Dr. Eisner and Carlene and the staff are not the problem here. It is the hospital administration and whoever directs these surveys that have a problem.Are you getting my drift?
