My grandfather just recently moved here and unfortunately landed in the ER, got admitted, and he underwent a cardiac procedure. We were still on the cardiac unit when I was making his post hospitalization PCP appt and the first available was with Dr Milan Patel and I have never come across a PCP who was so personable, so thorough, and generally cared about the wellbeing of a patient. He knew everything about my grandpas hospitalization and surgery prior to even coming in the room. He addressed every concern of mine. I did not feel rushed, I felt like I was being listened to, and every question of mine was answered.

Dr Kaitlyn is AWESOME! I wouldn’t take the time to write a review if it wasn’t 100% worth it since I’ve had bad encounters at Northwestern in the past but not this Doctor! She takes the time to listen to you to determine what is best for your body rather than pushing the new and latest medicine. She takes time to explain what is happening and why and what she will do about it. I truly could not have found a better neurologist. After dealing with a different neurologist for 15+ years and not feeling heard, I wish I would’ve found Dr. Kaitlyn sooner! 10000/10 would recommend!
