Highly experienced, obviously enjoys his work, and exhibits a genuine caring demeanor. If indicated, is not afraid to first suggest a a ‘fix’ based largely on diet and exercise, rather than immediately jumping to a drug-based solution. I am not alone to both notice and appreciate this. And kudos to his staff. Everything runs on time, plus or minus a negligible 5-10 min.

I am not heard at all and simply because I’m not vaccinated for Covid I was treated poorly by him and his staff. I have severe allergies and valid concerns for not getting vaccinated and I’m hardly an anti-vaxxer but I’m treated so poorly because of my decision it’s crazy. I was even told “its Covid” at my last appointment without a confirmed positive test and was tested outside a northwestern facility on the 27th of January with negative results. I’ve had swollen lymph nodes for over two weeks and And I don’t have strep or Covid but im being treated as though I have both. Im frustrated and disappointed with palos health. Dr. Uchida at the downtown location would have never treated me this way.
