I came in for back pain and he never even examined me at all. He completely dismissed my concerns and at points during the appointment literally laughed in my face when I brought them up. He wrote a prescription for tramadol which did nothing for me. I had to follow up two days later with an orthopedic dr who took the time to physically examine me and listen to all of my concerns which he said were definitely valid. I am extremely disappointed in the care I have received by Dr Makdah on more than one occasion and have sought out a different primary care physician outside of your group

Kaitlyn was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my explanations of my experience of my health in an empathetic and non-judgemental way. She asked lots of questions and took many notes. She explained the process she was following, the tests she was recommending, the referral she was making. She promised to follow-up on test results and told me how to contact her and her collaborating nurse with any questions. For the first time in forever, I felt seen(!) and like she cared about my experience and wanted to help me. That is incredible and priceless.
