Sat there awkwardly as she spent the time talking to medical students about me and other cases of the day. Used me as a pin cushion demonstration. I did not feel included even though I was the patient. Never asked if it was ok and was super uncomfortable as they stared at me my whole appointment. I always end up with students at my appointments at this office that just walk in with the doctor instead of asking if it is ok. Physician is competent in performing the procedures, but not big on providing personal care. I was told when scheduling that I could only be put in a time slot with another patient also getting a procedure so they could “double book” my appointment. I think I was there for a total of 7mn and told I had to arrive early.

I have had Dr. Ferrel as my Primary Care Physician for the last 26 years. He is a caring physician and a very good diagnostician. I take a good amount of medication and he takes the time to make sure that my medicines work together well and will make a change to one or more of my meds for a better fit.
