The moment you walk in your welcomed by the front desk and treated so kindly. The nurse Victoria was amazing, so calming and really so patient with me. She is just wonderful. I get anxiety when going to any doctor. However Dr Martin Gallo is incredible, he listens and answers all of your questions. He puts your concerns at ease and never makes you feel rushed. He cares about you, and wants to solve any issues you have.I travel almost an hour to see him. Donna is so sweet too, met her for a short time but very kind.I’m extremely happy to have such great medical care. The building is clean, beautiful and very comfortable place when waiting.

The experience that we had to go through with my Mom's sudden Health situation and the treatment while she was at the hospital for over 6 weeks while she was in Dr. Reish care was unbelievable. She was in the Best hands. Dr. Reish was right with her diagnoses from the very beginning, The test results from Mayo clinic confirmed his original explaining to us what had happened to my Mom and what caused it and what we should do next in order to treat it and Prevent from happening again. Dr. Reish is a Professional Dr. and I would highly recommend him.

My score is a reflection based on my visit notes the NP wrote on me. Again, it seems like personnel who have no qualifications or previous study in psychiatry want to only send patients that route. Regardless of how laid back or calm and collective I actually am. If I were to take a guess, I would say the quality of northwesterns 'speciality' personnel have gone down as I'm sure NW does not want to pay experienced actual M.D.s and resort to underpaying young, unqualified NP like such provider above. Never have I felt like I have been treated like such a cow based on post visit notes, labeled upon what diagnosis they feel I might have. It's interesting to know they worry more if I have ever taken SSRI's than daily constant exposure to the sun or maybe if I have a proper sleep schedule. I definitely will be resume my care at Rush and will disregard any irrelevant nodoc opinion. 'If they can't sell me anything then I'm not a good patient'.
