It seems like Dr. Metha has his own agenda? Ordering tests that seems out of the ordinary. On a one-to-one basis with a patient he does not listen to the patient's reason for coming in and takes over the entire conversation and starts asking questions and ordering additional tests and procedures for a patient. It seems like he has his own way of conducting a patient's office visit and does not thoroughly let a patient finish the reason why they came in the first place for the office visit. It almost seems like a money making way for Northwestern Medicine to be profitable. My last office visit April 2023 Dr. Mehta ordered a CT scan and said I would have to check with my insurance to see if they will cover the cost of the procedure?! I know from past experience his assistance take care of all documentation and approvals with my health care provider. Dr. Mehta seems distracted and not focused on his patience well-being. I'm confident that Dr. Metha knows from "his own" experience with health care and health care providers how everything works. But he states that he does not know how all the approvals and paperwork gets handled through Northwestern Medicine & health care providers. 🤔🤨 Maybe all the doctors on staff at Northwestern Medicine should be educated and informed on how all operations within their "own office" works and our handled at your facility.
