He is smart. I have so many health issues but he is great at prioritizing which comes first. It is like when I learned the ABCs of EMS. Airway, Breathing and Circulation. He makes sure the lungs are still functioning (empyema and hemoptysis) than we cover the heart failure and CKD. Great communicator and makes the time to listen.
