Dr. Stolar has relocated to the NM Internal Medicine Clinic at 2507 N. Richmond Ave. Ste A; McHenry, IL 60051-5407. I will continue to keep Dr. Stolar as my NMIM primary caretaker. In fact I just completed my 6 month annual physical with Dr Stolar on July 09, 2021.
