I'm seeking assistance with making the best healthcare decisions for my wellness. I'm looking for a partnership amongst those who care to assist me with what is best for me. * When signed in to 'My Chart' a couple days after my visit, I was impressed to find the gathering of my labs all in one place from the beginning of this year (2021) even though the majority was taken by Functional Medicine by Well-Rooted. I'm hoping we can all work together as a team with open minds & hearts to experience awesome outcomes!
