The Top Drs in this country could not discover I had Gravesâ€™ disease and I was dying. Few knew about it then. But he kept doing blood tests and kept looking till he discovered it. No dr wanted to do the surgery. It was to risky. He sent me to the Mayo Clinic and they treated me but it didnâ€™t work well and they wanted me to cone back. But I did not want to leave my dr. So dr Hoffman did it all. He saved my life. And continues to do so. With all the ups and downs. He sees me and listens. And belives when I say some thing is wrong and he always find the cause. My life has been in world wide but to my Dr Iâ€™m just Jacque. And my Dr is the best In the world. All the media follows my Dr and they adore him for the great work he has done for me. I recommend him to many and my story about Gravesâ€™ disease brought many to him !! And continues too!!! There is no where in this world a Dr like Dr Hoffman. He is the Dr who has a heart and compassion for his patients. And he is never to buzy to sit and listen and find cures. My series is being filmed and I hope u will allow my dr to be seen in the world. Because he deserves it. He has kept me alive against the odds for years. Thank u !

Dr Sarah Pae is very professional and approachable. She genuinely cares and answers all questions and concerns. Some doctors do not seem approachable and seem rushed and that makes the patient or parent afraid to ask questions. My kids really liked her as well.

I tried to book one appt to have both a wrist and a shoulder diagnosed but was told these needed to be two separate appointments. After asking Dr Havenhill why this needed to be the case, he quickly agreed to diagnose my shoulder as well, saving me the hassle of having to return. Apparently the issue is more with the scheduling staff not necessarily knowing which doctors can diagnose which body parts.
