She seems rushed during the visit and didn’t take into consideration a low grade fever and diarrhea but discussed allergies instead. Decided on saline and Flonase to treat symptoms of a congested nose.

Dr Kichko has been professional in talking and explaining about the medical condition of the patient and the plan of action and the reasons a certain procedure is done first versus doing the other. She made patients feel calm and comfortable about the procedure knowing the fact that most patients feel scared about the procedure and its results, and other stuff that involves. And she has a good personality especially in talking with patients.
