Very personable and focuses on the child and interacting with them. I appreciate that despite my children only being 3 and 4 that she will allow them to speak up and learn how to become advocates for themselves. Teaching skills like this so young is valuable in developing a healthy and open relationship with medical professionals into adulthood.

Dr. Patel went over all the statistics of my stay at the hospital with me. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything. I had a few questions for him and he answered those. I'm sure he is a very busy doctor but it was a little sad that I sat in his office for 30 minutes before he came in. Appointment as at 1:50, he was busy and got there at 2:20

She was so patient and polite with my 2 year old daughter as well. I have a bit of a fear with clinical settings, but feel very comfortable with Dr. Dewilde.
