She takes her time with her patients to make sure she hears what I am saying and answers questions in ways that I could understand. She cares. She is Simply Amazing. Even if I have to wait a little bit to see her, it's fine because I know she takes her time with her patients. And that doesn't happen too often anymore in today's world. And that really is sad. But that's why my family and I see Dr Szeto! We appreciate her!

He explained everything about my condition wonderfully, answering my questions in great detail in terms I could easily understand, and he also did an incredible job working with and instructing the student doctor he had with him. Being able to teach as well as he did is a rare gift, and his student is in a great place to be under his tutelage. As a teacher myself, this skill of his I found incredibly impressive.
