Dr. Yu Tungol is nice, however she prefers to medicate instead of educating about medical conditions. Each visit she adds on more medication and I end up taking a bunch of pills. Northwestern Medicine has a program for diabetics that I found out about from a booklet mailed to my house. I truly believe the doctor should have recommended the program to her patient and encouraged me to participate. She has my chart that states I have extreme allergies, I had to request an allergist instead of being recommended to one. She only prescribed medication instead of coming up with a solution to assist with treatment.
