Richard was outstanding. He explained everything to me in a helpful manner, expedited my chest x-ray and answered my questions so that my appointment would not take so long as I waited to see the doctor. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve getting a good OTC medicine for a chest cold while being careful not to complicate the drug allergy symptoms (hives) I was having,
