Sometimes in life, you come across people that are exceptional in everything they do. That is Dr. Miller in a nutshell. I have multiple acute facets to my medical profile over time that have required targeted diagnosis and treatment options from Dr. Miller. Each time I received care from Dr. Miller, he is very thorough, highly accurate with diagnosis, treatment options and specialist referrals, where needed. He has exhibited very strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and empathy consistently over the years. Most recently, he recognized my MyChart illness symptoms message required attention and ensured an appointment in his full schedule. From there, Dr. Miller diagnosed a lung, sinus, thrush, reflux combination and proactively ordered a chest X-ray that revealed some clouding in the lung and immediately contacted with additional medical steps and treatment. All this after his scheduled hours. I am lucky (as is NW Medical) to have Dr. Miller as my internist.

My whole family is seeing Dr Miller for many years.. He is an acceptional physician and we trust him completely. He has excellent diagnostic skills and is very thorough with his examinations. We are very lucky to have him as our doctor.

Dr. Miller is the best. He really cares about his patients and probably saved my life by heightening my awareness of a problem requiring attention I had not addressed properly. Both he and his staff are very much top notch. I would strongly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable internist who will take your health even more seriously than you do for yourself.

Dr. Rich Miller is totally up-to-date on current internal medicine. He is unbelievably intelligent. His responsiveness is wonderful and means so much when I am having a medical issue. He listens, patiently explains, and offers thoughtful medical guidance. I wish all doctors were as competent and caring as he is.
