Ray was very helpful in our first tele- visit. He was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns and able/willing to answer all my questions! Coming to Northwestern from DuPage Medical I have found that NWM folks are much more supportive and helpful. Ray is a shining example of NWM's willingness to take the time to be thorough and approachable.
