Went to see Dr Cisko for my sons feet pain and she suggested custom orthotics. Once I told her I had Medicaid for my son, she didn’t bother to see if I had coverage through their office, she said she knew it was not covered. She did not offer assistance or further information. Gave me a prescription and a number to call. Come to find out the orthotics are covered 100%. This could have been handled all at one place. Dr Cisko is misinformed and inconsiderate.
