I feel like I get individualized care. That Dr. Alter doesn’t just follow standard protocol but really chooses treatments that he thinks will benefit me most. And he is compassionate. I really trust him and am confident in his decisions.

When a cancellation in his surgery schedule became open,which meant I did not have to wait again weeks for next care steps which in my case was surgery. He called me personally to offer the opening, which resulted in only having to wait 2 business days. For myself and my family this was a huge relief.

Dr. Alter was very professional, direct and understanding. He was extremely prompt to get this process and entire journey underway and completed. I also appreciated his patience with my many questions and explaining everything to my entire family after surgery.
