I truly appreciate the proper diagnosis after all the objective data (MRI, radiology reports) and subjective info from me were collected. Questions for me were open-ended rather than leading and I felt listened to. Dr Katta heard me and over the treatment decision was made things mixed quickly. My infections caused only the slightest discomfort, which also served as an encouraging sign that we were on the right track. Every day since I have felt a little better!
