He is a Dr who loves what he does, he allows us to participate and ask all the questions we need or want to ask. He is receptive to listening to the concerns we have concerning lack of health improvement and applauds any steps forward that my husband makes. When he is with us, we are his only concern at that time.

Dr. Chiang, the whole nurse team including the office staff truly care about the wellbeing of each patient, including myself. They're easy to talk to about not-so-easy-to-discuss health issues and make it all feel perfectly ok.

There were no unanswered questions on our part. Both the Dr and nurse were truthful about his( my husband’s condition) but spoke honestly about the efforts he could employ to continue recovering. They gave him an honest assessment countered with ways to move forward. Doing all they did in the comfort of our home was refreshing.

Dr Chaing offers a focused attention on the patient with an attitude of kindness and trust. He has patience for repeating what the patient needs to understand. He encourages a healthy way of life while accepting the journey into dying.

He’s very thorough and knowledgeable and have been in the group for 30 years. He makes sure to give you time for questions and concerns and has access to xrays and labs and reports from other medical staff. Good bedside manner where it’s been lacking everywhere especially with Duly formerly DMG group.

He will take the time to diagnose and explain his actions about patient’s care in-house. He is compassionate in his manner for the care in his patients and it shows in his presence during the visit. He even calls back personally when a question is directed to his practice which shows his dedication to keep the patient informed & front and center to him.
