Susan went over history with me, asked probing and clarifying questions, and covered all aspects of care and treatment including symptoms, drugs, diet, daily lifestyle. Susan also took time to explain each individual drug prescribed as related to cardiac regimen and effect, the first time anyone has explained in that much clarity and detail. Also took me through measurement criteria assigning point values to four risk factors related to stroke potential; extremely important for me to explain ongoing care plan to both of my daughters who are health care providers (MD Anesthesiologist, and OTL/C, WCC) challenging me on a regular basis. Explained in clinical yet down to earth manner.
