Again, it's very hard to explain, but I'll try. Whitny interacted with me perfectly. I couldn't have asked for them to be more direct and informative, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, coaching, guiding, proactive, etc. She made me feel like I was important and that she has my back. She wrote a referral health summary letter for me for UChicago Medicine that was quite impressive too! She has a plan for my rehab that I love.
