explanation. He was excellent and reviewed everything with me and reassessed my original diagnosis even though I had already been seen by one of his partners. Dr. Manuel was also extremely empathetic with my situation and did everything he could to move my testing dates up.

I can’t tell you how uncomfortable this provider made me feel. She was rude, did not care about my concerns, was very monotone and seemed like she was checked out for the day. There was no bed side manner. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I really felt like crying - that is how bad the visit was. She tried to connect but it felt very forced. I will not see this provider again, and would not recommend her to any one I know.

I have met with Dr. Saghir only once. I was impressed with the care with which he had reviewed my illness, my treatment, and the one time when I had asked for a change of doctors. I felt he was fair to both me and to the doctor with whom I had felt somewhat uncomfortable; I also felt he demonstrated interest in patients' viewpoints, that it was of importance that all people involved in treatment, whether as givers or receivers, should be respected insofar as possible. He also demonstrated highly competent use of language, the range of which is important both in my own profession and in his. He also project patience--the desire to listen carefully and respond as fully as possible--in a discussion, when I know well how important speed and time can be in any helping profession.
