She is able to connect with her patients w/o losing professional distance. You feel she is truly rooting for you.I do feel you require additional ruse navigators. Having just recently moved between med and rad onc, I would have been lost if not. Nurse myself. Naive patients would have been lost and uncertain what was expected of them and valuable time would be lost.
