I saw Dr Patel because my usual orthopedic surgeon was away. Dr Patel was very helpful during the time that my foot was fractured. However, after he told me that the foot had healed, there was no instruction about what to do. I can tell that my foot has not totally healed. Do I ice it, do exercises for my weak ankles, or do something else?
