Dr. Shah's explanations are very clear and very thorough. She wrote information down for me as she spoke, didn't discourage me from writing things down (which happens 'all the time' with other NM staffers) AND actually kept her promise to have an informational printout ready for me after I left her office (another failing of other NM staffers). She answered all my questions. She was encouraging and I left feeling positive. (My own circumstances may/may not have factored into that.) I also benefited from my brief time with her nurse Kathy when she took my vitals and we discussed something related to that.
