There have been times where I feel like the doctor is upset with me for not getting fewer migraines. There is nothing I can do, and I have learned to just accept I will get 10 or so a month (down from about 20 or more without treatment), and it sucks, sure, but I'm happy with the reduction down to 10 and don't expect anything beyond that.
