Dr. Morker convinced me of the extreme longterm adverse phsyiological consequences of ignoring what I thought were either the trivial or non-existent indicators of sleep apnea as revealed by the last of four or five neurological work-ups/consults supervised by him. (This following what was either a worrisome syncope event, or just dozing off at the wheel; as a result of which I totalled my wife's high-end Volvo wagon, but walked away from the wreckage, literally without a scratch.)
