Even though this first contact with Dr. Bhatia was via this telehealth appointment (and despite receiving the call from him more than 45 minutes late), Dr. Bhatia has a wonderfully professional and charismatic way about him! He makes the patient feel important while she/he is talking with him! (I appreciate the dual audio-video aspect of a telehealth appointment; this was my first.) When I got off the phone after the appointment, I told my husband 'You would really like Dr. Bhatia! I am really impressed....he seems like a great doctor just from our short visit! I feel comfortable in switching to him for my next colonoscopy.'
