Dr Iacob is one of the worst providers I have ever had to meet with. He does not provide any answers or helpful information about my diagnosis or care during appointments. He spends all appointments trying to rush me out. While we are in the office, he is charting very detailed information and not focusing on me. I do not have access to this charting or the information in there so this does not help me at all. The notes and after visit summaries I receive have barley any detail in them regarding my care or next steps. I am the kind of person who wants to be involved in their care plan and understand the “why” behind decisions being made about my care. I come prepared with questions I want to ask saved in my phone, and I try to type his response but like I said, he does not answer my questions or provide the care I need. I can tell he is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and experienced in neurology but what good is that to me if he will not work with me on making sure I understand what is going on and how I can care for myself with my new lifelong diagnosis.
