She surely is very knowledgable, but seemed somewhat abrupt and hurried.She directed me to Billing to answer my cost-related questions, but did not arm me with the required internal code for my procedure, that Billing needs in order to compute my cost. Hence one more round of phone messages were required to retrieve that detail.
