Carlene is a comfort during a stressful time. She’s friendly, patient, knowledgeable, calming and caring. I’ve met with her during office visits and she’s willing to answer my questions and take the time to help me be as comfortable as I can with what’s going on. I’ve also seen her during issues with an infusion; I could see that she was projecting calm even as I was stressed, which I appreciated very much. And, she knew what to do to help me beyond the meds, such as ice packs and warm blankets, which were just what I needed.
