Heather has a great, kind, and knowledgeable way about her. I anticipated a much more adverse reaction to my Dad's losing driver's privileges. Instead, he cussed under his breath, but kept his temper. This is unlike him. She visited with us and answered questions for over an hour, and was patient and kind throughout. Thank you!
