This is the first time in 6+ years that I have rated any staff member in NM Orthopedics less that 10. PA Bazzetta was the first medical staff member that I saw following my surgery 3 weeks before. She was both courteous and competent. However, my perception that she was only going through a checklist and not particularly interested in my individual case.
